Premier NDT engineers can assist with post failure evaluations to provide insight regarding failure due to design, construction material, fabrication, or operational regimes.  Existing damage is evaluated using API 579-1 or other applicable code.  Recommendations include repair procedures, prevention of future failures, and implementation of corrective procedures.
